• Merchandise must be in new/original condition
• Merchandise must be packaged in the original manufacturers box (included packaging materials)
• Merchandise must included all original manuals, remotes or any other accessories that came with the merchandise
• Merchandise must be returned following Affordable Heat, LLC's Return Merchandise Procedure

3 Step Return Policy:

Step 1:  Read the online Return Policy, then complete and submit the online RMA form
Step 2:  Receive a RMA number via email from the RMA Department within 2 business days of submitting a request.  Emails can sometimes be blocked by spam and junk mail filters.  If you have not received an email after 2 business days, please contact customer service at 1-888-499-8656 (option 2).
Step 3:  Package the unit in the original box along with original packaging materials and accessories
Note:  Units must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the Return Authorization Number.  The unit must be received by Affordable Heat, LLC within 10 business days of receiving the Return Authorization Number.



Important Return Information:

• Please remember to obtain a RMA number BEFORE returning products to our warehouse, as returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• Return shipping is at the customers expense.  It is required to insure packages through a reputable courier that can provide proof of delivery tracking information
• Replacements will be shipped to the original shipping address on file unless otherwise requested.  Affordable Heat, LLC will not be held responsible for shipping errors due to outdated addresses.
• All RMA's must be packaged properly and returned in the original box with the original packaging
• If a customer cancels and order after it has already shipped, refuses the package from UPS, or if the item is returned to us after three delivery attempts, a restocking fee of 15% and two-way shipping will be deducted from the customers refund
• Return postage fees, duties and taxes will not be refunded
• RMA's are good for 7 business days after being issued
• All replacements will be sent out via UPS air service

1. How do I obtain a RMA number?

2. After I receive my RMA number, where do I sent my RMA package to?
Affordable Heat, LLC will email you with a shipping label and directions on where to ship the unit back to.
Note:  All returns must have an RMA number and a label or they will be refused by Affordable Heat, LLC's warehouse

3. How long will it take to process my RMA?
Once you have submitted a request, it will be processed and you will be contacted within 2 business days.  Emails are sometimes blocked my spam and junk mail filters.  If you are not contacted within 2 business days of submitting a request please contact customer service at 1-888-499-8656 (option 2).

4.  How does a refund fer applied?
Refunds are always issued back to the original credit card used for purchase.  If you paid by check, the refund will be issued with a company check and sent to the shipping address on file.

Please package all items carefully.  It is strongly recommended to insure packages through a reputable courier that can provide proof of delivery tracking information.  Affordable Heat, LLC shall not be held accountable for returned items that are lost of damaged in transit.
